Branch of the popular Italian restaurant chain, located at the west end of Princes Street. As I was solo parenting on the day of my visit, this review only includes the facilities in the female toilets; I'm not sure if there are also baby changing facilities in the male toilets.
Changing Rooms
Feeding Rooms
Multipurpose Rooms
Baby changing facilities located in the female toilets. These are located a floor down from the main restaurant, and reached via a flight of stairs. This is quite annoying if you also need to use the loo, as, if you're visiting with a pram, you don't then have a safe way of containing your baby. There is an accessible toilet on the main restaurant floor, but this did not appear to have any baby changing facilities. The changing station is located in the communal part of the toilets, next to the sinks. I've marked it down for cleanliness as there was old poo on one of the wall fixtures of the changing table, and we were quite early in the lunch service so I'm not sure when that was last looked at. The strap on the table was also broken. I raised these issues with staff, who said they would escalate it to their manager, so hopefully things have improved.
